Working Student Digital Grid Operations (m/f/d)

You work closely with the founders, actively shape our ways of working, templates and tools, and see straight away how your contribution lands in projects: from the energy industry into adjacent fields of transformation. Your responsibilities

• Research & analysis: You dive deep into grid infrastructure: regulatory frameworks, technical concepts, market developments. From this you distil usable insights for our projects.
• Digital product development: You help design and advance the digital tools we build for and with transmission and distribution system operators.
• Preparation & communication: You turn results into a form that convinces internally and at the client: structured, visually clear, to the point.
• Insight into the core business: Within a short time you understand how a grid operator works economically, and you bring that understanding into the work.

Your profile

• You are studying energy economics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering (energy), business informatics or something comparable. The energy focus is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.
• You know what a transmission or distribution system operator does, or you want to find out with genuine curiosity.
• You have an affinity for digital products and think in processes and structures.
• Programming (e.g. Python) is a real plus, but not a must.
• You are independent, ambitious and entrepreneurial, and you want to shape things actively.
